I found this great article I’d like to share with everyone. My only comments would be not to forget your garlic.

Garlic has some of the most potent anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-parasitic properties. This time of year when everyone around you seems to be getting sick, Increase your garlic intake. You can get supplements or just add a couple cloves to everything.
