Ginger Miso Salad Dressing

3-4 Tbs. miso
2 Tbs. grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 cup cider vinegar or lemon juice or orange juice (any acid)
2 Tbs. dark sesame oil
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water

(You could possibly replace the vegetable oil with an olive oil)

combine all ingredients, awesome on any salad (Ive been making a grated beet and carrot salad that its killer on!) Warning: this dressing is highly addictive!
