Hot flashes can interrupt sleep, turn a day at the office into a nightmare and just make day to day living uncomfortable and irritating. Try grinding some flax seeds and adding them to anything you can think of. Yogurt, ice cream, pasta sauces..pretty much anything goes, not to mention they taste great on their own.
