What is stevia? Most of you have probably heard of it and know it’s sweeter then sugar and that it’s actually good for you, unlike sugar. but what is it? Stevia is a herb, it’s super sweet and has no calories. Most importantly it will not harm you unlike other sugar substitutes like aspartame, saccharine, splenda, etc.. You might be surprised to see that all the artificial sugars in all the “diet” and “sugar-free” goods could actually help you pack on the pounds instead of helping take them off.
