Face your stuff..or stuff your face.

Emotional eating usually occurs after 4:00 p.m. and is guaranteed to be occurring after 8:00 p.m.
As our day slows down we are in more of a position to feel what is not going right in our life and are more apt to use food as a means of suppressing these awarenesses and feelings. When we eat to satisfy a physical need or a nutrient deficiency that purpose is usually filled within a few days or a week at most. If the cravings seems to persist for longer than a few days or always appears at the same time each day, week or month, chances are you are eating for emotional reasons.
