After this weekend with the sun shining and everything melting. Spring is in the air and I am sooo excited about summer.
Here are 3 quick tips on how to prepare you body for beach season.
1. Get minimum 15-30 mins of exercise daily.
This can be taking the stairs at work, walking the dog, or anything that gets you up and moving.
2. Eliminate or reduce all refined sugars.
For the coffee drinkers who can’t imagine no sugar in their coffee try agave nectar or stevia. It tastes the same but they are natural sugars.
3. Increase water.
After a long, cold winter our skin is screaming for more water. Try substituting pop and juice for water with a lemon or orange wedge.
