Chicken Pesto Pizza

Flat Breads
Red Pepper
Low-fat Mozza and Havarti Cheese
Pine nuts

Preheat Oven to 400
Cook chicken, saute vegetables with garlic and a tbsp of olive oil, Place flat breads in oven for 4-6 minutes til crispy on one side. Remove and place all prepared chicken and vegetables on the crispy side cover with cheese and place back in the oven for 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted.

You can make homemade garlic fingers using the same method, place flat breads in over for 4-6, finely chop garlic and place on the crispy side, add cheese and place back in over for 4-6 minutes until crispy. Cut and serve. Best/Healthiest garlic fingers you’ve tasted.

Feel free to add whatever veggies you like. The more the better in my opinion.
