  1. I believe avoiding highly processed foods will be the first step so that you can lose weight. They could taste beneficial, but processed foods have got very little nutritional value, making you take more in order to have enough strength to get over the day. If you are constantly consuming these foods, moving over to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more energy while taking in less. Great blog post.
