Which foods make your brain happy?

Ever have those days where nothing seems to bother you, you feel happy and social. Just seems like you’re on your game no matter what situation you’re placed in. Those days have a lot to do with our brain and also attitude. I can help with showing you which nutrients are best or your brain and well I can’t really help with the attitude. lol In the morning you can choose to be happy or instantly start dwelling on all the things that make you angry and sad. Choice is yours but back to the brain!!
