Ever heard the word or been called a hypochondriac? By definition a hypochondriac is a belief that physical symptoms are signs of a serious illness, even when there is no medical evidence to support the presence of an illness.
When I hear hypochondriac I automatically think allergy. Did you know that food allergies can mimic pretty much any symptom from eye twitches to toe cramps.
There are many ways of determining if you have a food allergy and one of the simplest is to ask yourself “What do I crave the most?” Chances are you may have an allergy to that food. I know it sounds strange but some of the most unorthodox things are the ones that work the best.
If you think you are suffering from a food allergy your best options are to seek advice from a holistic nutritionist who can create an elimination diet for you than slowly help reintroduce foods that may be suspicious.
