All Natural Heartburn Remedies and How To Make Your Own Aloe Vera Juice.

A great juice to try as a natural heartburn remedy is aloe vera juice. I know it seems weird, and yes I am referring to the pretty plant you see growing in peoples homes but it neutralizes the gastric acid and soothes the burn.  Make sure it’s at least 99.7 pure aloe vera juice, or make it yourself.

To Make it: Cut a leaf or two from an aloe plant and remove the edges, rinse it in cold water and split the leaf in half. Scoop out the clear gel. Mix it in your blender with a cup or water and drink 1 Tbs. twice daily for one week.

I love bananas they’re good for everything. Packed full of nutrients, you can use the peel to polish shoes and they can even help fight heartburn. Studies show that it acts as a natural antacid, you can also try oatmeal.
