Not only does it taste yummy added to treats like cookies and cakes but this miracle fruit is amazing in so many other ways:

Burns fat: It has been shown to increase liver cells to burn fat 50% faster than normal.

Prevents colds and flu’s: It’s increases the production of infection-fighting white blood cells and kills germs.

Makes hair extra soft and shiny: The oil nourishes the hair follicles, destroys dandruff and makes it more break-resistant.

Eliminates winter skin irritation: The coconuts lauric acid reduces inflammation, kills bacteria and moisturizes.

Pumps up your adrenal glands: It heals overworked adrenal glands increasing their output of energizing adrenaline.

It’s best to use an all organic coconut oil, you can add it to your foods by replacing other baking oils with it, use it to make a homemade salad dressing, or simply add it to your favorite snacks like drizzling it on popcorn or over ice cream.

  1. I always heard negative things about coconut, like how fat it is and how we should stay away from it. Do you suggest real coconut or the oil? Also, what about coconut milk?

  2. The media tries to portray “fat” as always a bad thing but just like in butter the fats in coconuts are actually very healthy for you. For the items listed above coconut oil would be best. Make sure to choose an organic, cold pressed oil with no additives, preservatives or colour. Ingredients should read….coconuts.

  3. Have you ever thought about creating an ebook or guest authoring on other sites? I have a blog based upon on the same information you discuss and would love to have you share some stories/information. I know my readers would appreciate your work. If you’re even remotely interested, feel free to send me an email.
