Benefits of walking (even 15 mins a day)

· People generally have better focus and are able to focus on a task longer than people that don’t walk.

· About 50% of people find they sleep much better after taking a walk that day.

· Better moods and better ability to cope with stress

· Improved confidence

· Less anxiety

· Fewer cravings

· Fewer aches and pain and

· Fewer sick days!!

Oh and one last thing, it’s almost beach season just one more added incentive to get out and moving, even if it’s just for 15 minutes a day.
