Grimy Grill? Onion to The Rescue!

As the weather gets nicer, we are all more inclined to head out doors and fire up the Barbecue. After sitting all winter the grill can sometimes be..well…less then clean. After the grill has been heating for about 10 mins, cut a white onion in half and stick it on the end of one of your BBQ tools. Use the flat side of the onion to scrap along the grill, the enzymes in the onion will help to loosen up the grim and buildup on the grill and the anti-septic properties will freshen and clean leaving your grill spotless and ready for the summer.
