Can we get enough Calcium without milk?

The answer is simple. YES! In fact illness’s like osteoporosis(are you sitting down?) can actually be linked to drinking milk. Contrary to what popular media would have you believe. Milk does not do a body good. There are plenty ways to get the required amount of calcium our body needs without having to consume another mammals milk. WE (humans) are the only species that consumes milk after the required period from birth til 2-3 depending on the human and we are disgustingly the only species on earth that drink the milk (bodily fluid) of another animal….No offence to the milk drinkers but YUCK!!
