Recipe for Apple Chips

Healthy Homemade treats are the best, you can eat them guilt (and fat) free.

Here’s a healthy alternative to potato chips, make apple chips:

2 apples, sliced crosswise 1/8 inch thick with seeds removed.

Heat oven to 225

Arrange the apple slices on two parchment lined baking sheets and bake for 1 ½ hrs.

Flip, then continue baking until crisp about another hour

Remove and let cool completely. Add a little cinnamon to taste. You can store these in an airtight container for about a week.
