Combine the strengthening of Yoga and Pilates with Cardio for a full body and mind healthy workout.

We start and end the with some gentle yin poses (stretching) to warm up then to cool down the body. Leaving you feeling strong, refreshed and good all over.

Private classes (up to 2 people) and done in the comfort of your own home!! – $75 per class

Purchase a  5 or 10 class pass and save $50 or $100.
